2.We utilize both linear and nonlinear programming to work out optimum operation plan, finalize the merchandise selection within
the warehouse and optimization of delivery routes.
3.We make use of a systematic analysis technique to optimize dispatch and delivery of the merchandise.
4.We follow the storage theory to plan for economical stock quantity and demand programme,so as to optimize the stock structure,
shortern the turnover period of the merchandise.
